Sweet and woody. Spikenard has been used for centuries for its spiritual connection to meditation and prayer.

The best Australia has to offer.
Thyme, Red
This is a very potent oil, one of the strongest antiseptics and toxicity is possible with prolonged use. Not to be used in cases of high blood pressure nor in pregnancy.
Tonka Bean
Almost smells like vanilla but lighter. Can be used in lieu of vanilla as a grounding note or a fixative in blends.
Turmeric
Has been used to treat arthritis. Use with caution and at a dilution of less than 3% topically. Should never be used internally.
Valerian Root
Very strong aromatic component. Has been used for its calming and sleep inducing properties. One drop goes a long long way
Vanilla 5th
A fabulous Vanilla oil. The highest grade vanilla oils are absolutes and they smell just like Vanilla extract. This oil (even though it is a lower grade) gives a great Vanilla tone.
Vervain
If the color green had an aroma, it would be Vervain.
Vetiver
The best Vetiver we've ever carried. From Haiti, this oil is rich and dark with a fantastic fresh dirt smell. Great as a fixative.
Wintergreen
Used extensively in muscle-rub applications. Due to its high content of Methyl salicylate, we do not recommend this oil for skin application
Yarrow
High in chemazulene, this oil shares the anti-inflammatory characteristics of German Chamomile. Its astringency makes it the perfect choice for acne or oily skin, for balancing oily skin or scalp, hair growth.
Ylang Ylang III
Sweet, floral, heavy aroma. There are several grades or qualities of this essential oil. The large flowers of Ylang Ylang are subjected to fractional steam distillation, yielding, in succession, ylang-ylang extra, I, II, and III. A light and delicate citrus aroma that comes from the inedible fruit from Japan. Combines well with Hinoki and other wood tones.
Zinziba
Not sure of the therapuetic properties of Zinziba. Has a similar tone to Buddhawood. Very earthy. We started carrying this oil for the sole reason that it started with a Z.
