Ennui
The cruelty of the world has propelled me to the solitary confinement of my room. Dripping beeswax candles cast shadows upon my weary heart.
Sustaining on provisions of coffee, chocolate and clove cigarettes, mine is a decadent depression. With a shrug and lazy grace I push the doldrums of a decaying society from my mind. Apathy is my comfort zone.
Keep your optimism to yourself and leave me to the contentment of my Ennui.
